Link Emails
- Track selected emails
- Associate all received / sent emails including attachments with MS CRM

SMART FEATURE:
The envelope icon with 2-way arrow appears on the left side of every tracked email. The in-built “redundancy check” feature throws up a message if users try to track an already tracked email. This eliminates the possibility of duplication.
Link Tasks
- Track tasks / to do lists with MS CRM
- Sync up the tasks manually or set up an automatic synchronization
SMART FEATURE:
The task pane icon with 2-way arrow appears on the left side of every tracked task. The in-built “update” feature throws up a message if users try to track an already tracked task. This synchronizes the task which was last modified on either MS CRM or Lotus Notes.
Link Meetings and Appointments
- Track meetings, client visits and other appointments from Lotus Notes, iNotes to MS CRM
- Easily add contacts and other meeting details
- Track modification to meeting and appointment by turning on the “auto synchronization” feature
SMART FEATURE:
Any clash of appointments or meetings are automatically detected and intimated to the user. The user can update the meetings by using the options provided.
Link Contacts
- Import contacts from MS CRM into Lotus or iNotes in a single click
- Create new contacts from email senders and recipients

Just do a complete contact import for the first time. Subsequent imports can be synchronized when new contacts are added
